About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Chef to join our team at the V Wall Pavilion in Nambucca Heads.

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and enthusiastic Chef to work in a dynamic and fast-paced kitchen environment.

As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a wide range of dishes to the highest standards of quality and presentation.

You will work closely with our Head Chef to ensure that our menu offerings are consistently high-quality and meet the expectations of our customers.

This is a full-time role, with a base salary starting from $70,000 per annum.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook a wide range of dishes to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Work closely with the Head Chef to ensure that menu offerings meet the expectations of customers.
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff to maintain high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Ensure that food safety policies are maintained at all times.
  • Maintain food and labour costs within budget.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years' experience as a Chef.
  • Certificate III in Commercial Cookery and Certificate in Food Safety.
  • Understanding of budget and cost control, with basic Microsoft Office computer skills.
  • Ability to work unsupervised and meet deadlines, with excellent communication skills.
