Join Our Team as a Production Operator

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Production Operator to join our team at Kellogg's Australia. As a Production Operator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing plant, producing high-quality food products for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain processing and packing machinery to meet production targets
  • Monitor and control quality standards to ensure compliance with food safety regulations
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and maintain a safe working environment
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Machine operator experience in the FMCG industry, preferably in food production
  • Current forklift license and ability to work 12-hour shifts
  • Effective communication, numeracy, and literacy skills
  • Trouble shooting skills and ability to use initiative
  • Understanding of HACCAP, GMP, and food safety principles
