About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Production Operator to join our team at our Botany NSW manufacturing plant. As a Production Operator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient production of our iconic brands, including Nutri-Grain, Special K, and Coco Pops.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain processing and packing machinery to meet production targets and quality standards
  • Work collaboratively with the production team to ensure a smooth and efficient production process
  • Contribute to the maintenance of a safe and healthy work environment
  • Participate in quality control and assurance activities to ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards
Requirements
  • Machine operator experience in the FMCG industry, preferably in food production
  • Current forklift license
  • Effective communication, numeracy, and literacy skills
  • Trouble shooting skills and the ability to use your initiative
  • Ability to work 12-hour night shifts
  • An understanding of HACCAP, GMP, and food safety principles
