Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production Operator to work in our 24/7 manufacturing plant in Botany, NSW. As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining our processing and packing machinery, ensuring high safety and quality standards. You will work closely with our team to achieve our goals and contribute to the success of our company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain processing and packing machinery
  • Ensure high safety and quality standards
  • Work closely with the team to achieve production goals
  • Participate in training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge
  • Contribute to the maintenance of a clean and safe working environment
Requirements
  • Machine operator experience in the FMCG industry, preferably in food production
  • Strong focus on safety and quality
  • Current forklift license
  • Effective communication, numeracy, and literacy skills
  • Troubleshooting skills and ability to use initiative
  • Ability to work 12-hour night shifts
  • Understanding of HACCAP, GMP, and food safety principles
