Manage a group of network smash repairers.

Job Overview
  • Review and validate the performance of network smash repairers, focusing on cost, quality, and customer service.
  • Build strong relationships with repairers, resolve disputes through technical advice and customer-focused solutions.
  • Maintain control over repair duration within the network.
  • Establish compliance with relevant legislation.
  • Drive accountability for the performance of your network group.
About You
  • A motor trade qualification in Panel beating or Spray painting is required.
  • Experience in Motor Assessing is essential.
  • Similar experience in supply chain management will be considered.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Audanet experience is advantageous.
