Claims Administrator

We are seeking a skilled Claims Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in claims management and be able to effectively manage a network of providers.

About the Role

This is a full-time, permanent position that requires a high level of professionalism, maturity, and candour in daily work ethic. The successful applicant will be responsible for managing a network of providers, ensuring they meet required timelines, quality reporting, and accurate scopes.

The role involves:

  • Managing a network of providers for Insurance Repairs
  • Ensuring providers meet required timelines, quality reporting, and accurate scopes
  • Monitoring repair costs and identifying opportunities to drive down repair costs
  • Ensuring relevant costs are paid and client billed correctly
