Director, Information Management and Quality Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director, Information Management and Quality to lead our team in delivering high-quality data and information to support the Ministry of Health's strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Provide strategic leadership and direction for the quality and integrity of state-wide data collections and management.
- Develop and implement effective data governance frameworks and standards to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability.
- Lead the team to create forward-thinking approaches to data development and management, including developing new data streams and sources.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize data needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, healthcare providers, and other organizations.
- Extensive knowledge and understanding of data management, governance, and health data collections.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications or demonstrated equivalent professional experience in information management, performance reporting, and performance improvement programs/projects.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
- An attractive remuneration package within the range of $211,222 to $235,325 per annum.
