Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team at the Sydney Brand Centre on a full-time basis.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving store net sales and enhancing the consumer experience within an adidas Halo store, achieving high productivity, and contributing to an active selling environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong retail sales or customer service background with a proven success record
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with team members, with high performance standards
  • Motivated, energetic, passionate about achievement, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Drive profitability by meeting or exceeding sales and profit targets
  2. Support store management by providing customers with an outstanding experience while meeting or exceeding commercial goals, thereby building brand equity
  3. Represent the adidas brand and products in an inspiring way, amplifying the brand with every decision and action, and inspiring consumer loyalty
  4. Maintain visual merchandising standards at all times
  5. Ensure compliance with global retail operational directives, processes, policies, and standards to build a world-class brand flagship store
