Role Overview

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

In this position, you will be responsible for providing high-level technical support to enterprise customers, working closely with engineering teams to resolve complex issues, and building processes and systems to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

  • You will work closely with large customers to provide white-glove support and solve challenging support interactions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of engagement and satisfaction.
  • Work cross-functionally across engineering and product teams to build processes and manage issues.
  • Perform advanced troubleshooting of products and embedded partner applications.
  • Reproduce customer issues, perform initial codebase triage, and file bugs with Engineering.
  • Manage key performance metrics defined within the team.
  • Respond to high-priority customer issues.
  • Create and maintain internal knowledge libraries and contribute to user-facing content creation.
  • Participate in on-call rotation to assist customers outside of normal working hours.
Key Skills Requirements
  • At least 6+ years of experience in technical support or technical field.
