Sydney Enterprise Technical Support Specialist

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
In this position, you will be responsible for providing high-level technical support to enterprise customers, working closely with engineering teams to resolve complex issues, and building processes and systems to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- You will work closely with large customers to provide white-glove support and solve challenging support interactions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of engagement and satisfaction.
- Work cross-functionally across engineering and product teams to build processes and manage issues.
- Perform advanced troubleshooting of products and embedded partner applications.
- Reproduce customer issues, perform initial codebase triage, and file bugs with Engineering.
- Manage key performance metrics defined within the team.
- Respond to high-priority customer issues.
- Create and maintain internal knowledge libraries and contribute to user-facing content creation.
- Participate in on-call rotation to assist customers outside of normal working hours.
- At least 6+ years of experience in technical support or technical field.
