About the Opportunity

We are seeking a visionary leader to shape the future of dental education and drive the success of our Academy in Australia and New Zealand.

This leadership role offers a unique blend of dental expertise and commitment to delivering high-quality education that inspires and empowers dental professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, deliver, and continuously improve educational programs and events.
  • Implement our corporate strategic direction, ensuring alignment with our global vision and values.
  • Provide operational management for all aspects of educational initiatives, including event planning, content creation, and participant engagement.
  • Attend major exhibitions and events to seek out new opinion leaders and stay up-to-date with market trends.
  • Develop relationships with 3rd party training providers to achieve win-win outcomes.
  • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders across the dental industry to drive business growth.
  • Deliver inspiring and engaging educational content to help dental professionals advance their skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and maintain high standards of educational excellence.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • A dental background with practical experience in clinical practice.
  • A passion for education and mentoring, and a desire to make a meaningful impact on the dental community.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining quality focus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage diverse audiences.
  • Experience in event management, content development, and program delivery is highly desirable.
  • Ability to travel throughout Australia and New Zealand.
