Job Title: Compliance Officer

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate professional to join our team as a Compliance Officer.

This is a full-time permanent position based at our office. The successful applicant will be responsible for assessing Behaviour Support Plans, ensuring compliance with regulations regarding Restrictive Practices.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Behaviour Support Plans, Restrictive Practice, an eye for detail and critical evaluation skills. They will also have experience in tracking timelines and ensuring targets are met to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure consultation occurs with customers when developing Behaviour Support Plans.
  • Liaise with key stakeholders within the Disability team, including Practitioners and Coordinators.
  • Monitor progress of Behaviour Support Plans and ensure training requirements within plan are being met.
  • Complete reporting to the NDIS Commission of both authorised and unauthorised Restrictive Practices.
