Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to fill the role of Store Manager. As a Store Manager, you will lead a team of 10-40 people in a hands-on role that involves coaching and leading your store team while providing exceptional customer service.

You will manage team members across three key departments: dispatch, office, and sales floor. Your primary responsibility will be to build strong relationships with your team, tailor your approach to training and mentoring to each individual, and think outside the box to bring new ideas into your store.

Focusing on continuous improvement, you will look at data, keep the showroom and dispatch areas presentable, and support your team to reach their best through coaching, training, and feedback.

Safety is paramount at our organization, and as a Manager, you are expected to champion safe work practices and ensure your team adheres to these at all times.
