Retail Team Lead

The role of Store Manager is a leadership position that involves coaching and leading a team to provide exceptional customer service. This hands-on role requires strong operational and retail experience, as well as the ability to build relationships with team members and foster an inclusive culture.
As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for managing team members across multiple departments, including despatch, office, and sales floor. You will need to tailor your approach to training and mentoring to each individual, and think outside the box to bring new ideas into your store.
Safety is paramount in this role, and you are expected to champion the importance of working safely at all times. You will contribute to the safety management system by identifying hazards and engaging with the Safety Advisor to review safe work procedures.
This is a high-performing team, and we are seeking a leader who is passionate about building and inspiring their team. The ideal candidate will have strong operational and retail experience, and a focus on exceeding customer expectations.
