Clinical Lead Occupational Therapy Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Lead Occupational Therapist to assume a key leadership role within our multidisciplinary team. As a Clinical Lead, you will play a pivotal part in driving the delivery of high-quality services and ensuring exceptional outcomes for clients and carers.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Providing expert clinical guidance and leadership to the team to deliver high-quality services and meet client needs.
- Developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure best practice is upheld at all times.
- Staying up-to-date with industry changes and developments to inform evidence-based practice and drive service improvement.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with employees, external partners, and clients to foster a collaborative environment.
**Requirements for Success:**
- A degree-level qualification in Occupational Therapy and current registration with AHPRA.
- Demonstrated experience in leadership roles, coupled with excellent decision-making skills and the ability to prioritize workload effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
