About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to join our Occupational Therapy team in Mitchell. As a Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in supporting a team of Occupational Therapists with day-to-day service delivery and clinical guidance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting a team of Occupational Therapists with day-to-day service delivery and clinical guidance
- Delivering training, induction, and supervision as required
- Completing quality assurance report reviews and feedback
- Attending appointments with Occupational Therapists to provide support and training
- Developing high-quality clinical services and assessments as required
- Creating exceptional reports and management plans that incorporate useful strategies and interventions
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy
- 3+ years experience as a practicing Occupational Therapist (preferred)
- Registration or ability to become registered with AHPRA
- A vehicle and driver's license
- A National Police Clearance, Working With Children/Working with Vulnerable People Check & NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or willingness to obtain one before commencement
