Role Overview

As a senior associate in finance transformation, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of finance by guiding CFOs through their most complex challenges. You will work closely with clients across diverse sectors to deliver groundbreaking solutions that drive efficiency, growth, and sustainable change.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement future-ready finance strategies and target operating models, including global business services.
  • Enable finance to evolve into a strategic business partner by setting the foundations as an insight-led advisory function and develop actionable recommendations to support business outcomes.
  • Implement cloud ERP/EPM, automation, and AI technologies to enable process excellence and drive finance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Uplift enterprise performance management capabilities to help clients understand their business performance drivers, accelerate decision-making, and unlock growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in delivering transformation projects in the finance function, including finance operating model design and finance process improvement (O2C, P2P, R2R, FP&A).
  • Advisory experience with key finance technologies and automation tools (e.g., SAP S/4, OneStream, Workday Adaptive, Oracle, PowerBI).
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to solve complex business problems.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with diverse project teams and stakeholders.
  • A keen interest in emerging future of finance trends, including AI and agentic finance.
  • An academic background in accounting, finance, or commerce is preferred. Finance qualifications will be highly regarded.
