Join Ben and the Southern Ops team as the Three Capes Walk Field Experience Manager / Team Leader

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth walk operations and consequently the ultimate guest experience on the Three Capes Walk. This will be through the management of safe systems and procedures, food and guest service standards, TCT guide training and support and maintenance of the lodges and associated assets. During the season, you'll see yourself jumping between providing team support, recruiting, and heading out to complete the odd ops trip. Meanwhile in the off-season, you'll be in prep mode - provisioning, helping with guide recruitment and training, and all-in-all preparing us for the season. It's safe to say that you'll be be responsible for a variety of diverse responsibilities and there'll never be a dull moment.
- Management and operational experience
- Have strong hospitality experience and a passion for preparing delicious food
- Strong problem solving and organisational skills
- Highly developed interpersonal, communication and facilitation skills
- An ability to lead and inspire large operational teams
- Knowledge of risk management
- Have good bush walking experience and knowledge of the National Parks which the walks are situated

You'll also have (or be able to attain) the following qualifications:

- Minimum Provide First Aid certificate (or equivalent First Aid Level II)
- Wilderness First Aid
- Food Handling Level II (SITXFSA002)
- Responsible Service of Alcohol
- High Risk Licence - Dogging (Desirable)
