The Technical Enablement Lead will be responsible for creating structure, mentoring others, and leaving a lasting legacy of excellence. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on process architecture, hands-on technical leadership, and strategic initiative.

  • You will have the autonomy and authority to make a visible impact across the entire organisation.
  • You will serve as the senior technical escalation point for all engineers, providing expert guidance and hands-on support.
  • You will take ownership of redesigning and implementing new service desk workflows, ticket management processes, and escalation policies.
">Key Responsibilities">

  3. Champion the creation, improvement, and enforcement of technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base content.
