Education and Recruitment Specialist

The Admissions and Recruitment Coordinator role plays a vital part in supporting the admissions function for various educational institutions. This position is responsible for ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, university requirements, and student visa regulations while efficiently processing admissions.
The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication skills, and high-level computer skills including experience in using various student management systems.
- Relevant qualifications and demonstrated work experience or significant work experience within the education industry or related area.
- An understanding of the Australian tertiary education system and knowledge of or ability to quickly acquire knowledge of the regulatory framework relating to international students.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to deal effectively with clients by phone, email, and in person.
- High level computer skills, including an understanding of and experience in using various student management systems.
- Demonstrated commitment to providing a high-quality client-focused service.
