Senior Water Infrastructure Leader

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Senior Water Infrastructure Leader to lead and manage concurrent water infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for taking full accountability for safety, commercial performance, program delivery, and quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead multiple water infrastructure projects simultaneously
  • Ensure the highest level of safety, commercial performance, program delivery, and quality outcomes
  • Collaborate closely with the tendering and commercial teams from early bid stage through to project completion
  • Oversee a dedicated support team including HSEQ resources, post-award commercial and project controls specialists, and certified engineers on each project
  • Manage a team of direct reports (6-10) depending on project size
  • Report directly to the General Manager
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in Tier 2–4 civil or utilities contracting
  • Deep understanding of water and wastewater infrastructure
  • Ability to add value through early contractor involvement and engineering-led problem solving
