Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Product Manager to take ownership of our platform's end-to-end consumer experience, from ideation through to launch and ongoing optimisation.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Inform product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on data analysis, customer needs, market trends, and business goals for our platform's products including search, profiles, booking flow, user accounts & more across web and mobile app.
  2. Determine product initiatives to grow our platform by driving engagement, active users, and increasing the value of active users.
  3. Prioritise features and enhancements based on business value, customer impact, and technical feasibility.
  4. Conduct experiments to achieve growth objectives.
  5. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document product requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  6. Track and attribute key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and identify areas for optimisation.
Requirements
  • 5+ years' experience in Product/Growth/Digital Marketing management for a tech product, related online software or digital product, covering both web and mobile app.
  • Preferred prior role experience with an online marketplace.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with solid experience in Adobe Analytics/Google Analytics/SQL.
  • Experience in UX and CRO.
  • Proven track record of managing product development from conception to launch, and building product through experimentation.
