**About the Role**:
Dynamics G-Ex are looking for a highly organised and enthusiastic school leaver to join our fantastic team as an Innovation Officer.

This role will help shape, drive and deliver innovative solutions to take our company to the next level This is a full-time role based within our Malaga, WA Office.

**Responsibilities (including but not limited to)**:

- Develop strong product knowledge to assist with product management and sales training.
- Support the Head of Innovation in researching and developing new concepts.
- Assist the Innovation and Marketing teams in bringing new products to market.
- Maintain data and reporting on both existing and potential products.
- Assist in maintaining the long-term innovation strategy for the company.
