Enterprise Sales Leader

This is an exciting opportunity to spearhead revenue growth by driving sales strategies and plans to expand our client base and increase the range of services delivered. As a seasoned sales professional, you will play a pivotal role in cultivating relationships with key decision-makers and closing high-value deals across our portfolio of services.

You will be responsible for developing customized proposals, presentations, and responses to articulate the value proposition of our solutions to address State Government, Enterprise, and Private Sector needs. You will use proactive demand generation strategies to uncover and prosecute new leads and nurture and cultivate your accounts to maintain strong relationships and develop broader sales activities.

Maintaining detailed records of all sales activities and opportunity attributes in our CRM is essential. Staying informed about state government, enterprise, and private sector technology trends and budgeting cycles is also required.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 5+ years' experience in generating new business sales, with the ability to achieve set targets and KPIs
  • A background selling IT Services, Automation (Test Automation, DevSecOps), Consulting (Advisory, Project Management, and Organisational Change), and ideally ServiceNow and AI
  • Clear networks and connections within State Government, Enterprise, and Private Sector
  • Understanding of State Government, Enterprise, and Private Sector procurement actions and processes
  • Advanced communication skills – including written, verbal, and presentation
  • A high level of organisation and time management
  • Excellent client relationship building and management skills, with the ability to deal with various stakeholders and translate their needs into a complete solution
  • Ability to navigate complex or high-value sales opportunities
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to think laterally and propose solutions
  • Self-starting, with the ability to drive your own actions, whilst also working as part of a team
