Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Governance Expert to join our team. In this critical role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the integrity and quality of data across the organization.

About the Role
  • Assess and trace end-to-end data flows back to their origination, utilizing enterprise data management tools to map data lineage, document data quality issues, and oversee remediation action plans.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Data Governance: Develop and implement effective data governance policies, procedures, and standards to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
  2. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance data processes, reduce errors, and increase efficiency.
  3. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements, provide data solutions, and communicate data insights effectively.
  4. Data Management Tools: Utilize enterprise data management tools to manage data assets, monitor data quality, and perform data analytics.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in data governance, data quality, and data management.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to assess complex data flows and identify areas for improvement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively.
