As a property manager, you will be responsible for efficiently managing a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring a balanced workload. You will skillfully handle emails, inquiries, and owner communications, addressing property maintenance requests and executing portfolio-related tasks.

The ideal candidate will possess robust understanding and experience in property and portfolio management, with a strong desire to grow and progress within a friendly and inclusive team. Relevant industry training, such as an agent's representative certificate, is highly regarded.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Efficiently manage a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring a balanced workload
  • Skillfully handle emails, inquiries, and owner communications
  • Address property maintenance requests and execute portfolio-related tasks, supported by our dedicated administrative and leasing team

Requirements:
  • Has worked as a property manager for at least one year minimum
  • Robust understanding and experience in property and portfolio management
  • Experience in PropertyMe, Inspection Express, IRE preferred but not essential
  • A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
