**Job Title:** Procurement Specialist

Job Description:

As a skilled procurement professional, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our organization's procurement processes. You will be responsible for providing expert advice and assurance on procurement and contract matters, including the development and review of procurement plans, tender documentation, evaluations, negotiations, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert advice and assurance on procurement and contract processes
  • Develop and review procurement plans, tender documentation, evaluations, negotiations, and stakeholder engagement
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external entities to achieve service delivery outcomes
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of tools, templates, and procedures
Required Skills and Qualifications:

You will have demonstrated experience and understanding of the Commonwealth Government procurement framework, including:

  • End-to-end procurement experience
  • Reviewing procurement plans, contracts, and evaluation reports
  • Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
  • Managing multiple priorities effectively
