This role is a critical component of our team, requiring exceptional communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure. As a Disaster Response Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for clients experiencing emergencies.

Your responsibilities will include answering medical alarm activations, notifying emergency services when necessary, and providing reassurance to clients and their families. You will also be required to follow established protocols and administer tasks efficiently.

To succeed in this position, you must possess strong empathy and listening skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proven customer service experience and excellent typing skills are also essential. First aid certification or a willingness to obtain it is a plus. We seek candidates who are committed to delivering exceptional service and are eager to grow with our organization.

As we operate 24/7, flexibility is key to this role. Weekend and evening shifts may be required, but we provide a month's advance notice to ensure you can plan your time off accordingly. Hybrid working opportunities are available for fully trained staff with suitable equipment and good internet access at home. Our company offers above-average rates, penalty rates for unsociable hours, and five weeks' annual leave (pro-rata for part-time employees).
