We're seeking an experienced Trainer to deliver health and safety training to our operational workforce.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing training materials relevant to our scope and risk profile, delivering training in various locations including the primary project induction, and performing ongoing assurance activities of our training program.

Key requirements include a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, Certificate IV in WHS, proficiency in utilising systems to complete administrative tasks, and proven ability to develop and deliver training packages.

Additionally, the ideal candidate will have experience in presenting to groups in the workplace, well-developed understanding in the interpretation of legislation, and development of reports and close out of corrective actions.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver health and safety training to operational workforce
  • Perform ongoing assurance activities of training program
  • Maintain training records and review processes for efficiency
Requirements:
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
  • Certificate IV in WHS
  • Proficiency in utilising systems to complete administrative tasks
  • Proven ability to develop and deliver training packages
