As a Rehabilitation Consultant with Advanced Personnel Management, you will be part of a team that provides rehabilitation services to the Australian Defence Force (ADF). You will work closely with ADF personnel who have suffered injury, illness, or trauma to help them achieve their rehabilitation goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct worksite assessments to identify rehabilitation needs
  • Collaborate with ADF personnel, medical specialists, and other treatment providers to develop rehabilitation plans
  • Apply nursing knowledge to facilitate a return to wellness plan
  • Manage rehabilitation cases, implementing and monitoring plans to achieve desired outcomes
