ADF Rehabilitation Specialist

Big Umbrella is seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to join our team as an ADF Rehabilitation Consultant. This exciting opportunity is perfect for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional rehabilitation services to Defence members.
About the Role:- Work closely with Defence members who have sustained an injury to facilitate a safe and timely return to deployable status.
- Proactively manage your caseload, engage clients, and liaise with stakeholders to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Perform discipline-specific assessments and attend case conferences to ensure comprehensive care.
- Gain a deep understanding of RAAF, including its structure, procedures, and terminology, to deliver exceptional results.
- Contribute to a collaborative and multi-disciplinary team environment, working closely with colleagues to achieve shared goals.
- Enjoy a consistent and structured role with limited travel requirements.
- Work a standard Monday to Thursday schedule, with a half-day on Fridays.
- A competitive salary package of $80-100K + Super, commensurate with experience.

- Up to $5000 relocation assistance for candidates moving for the role.
- A qualified Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Exercise Physiologist, Osteopath, Registered Nurse, Psychologist, Social Worker, or Rehabilitation Counsellor.
- Relevant professional body membership.
- 1+ year of Workplace Rehabilitation experience, although applications from candidates with clinical backgrounds and graduates are welcome.
- A genuine interest in applying your skills in a specialist ADF Consultant role.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A bright and motivated approach to your work.
- Australian citizenship and willingness to complete security checks.
- A valid driver's licence and access to a car.
