Job Title: Heavy Equipment Technician
Location: Rockhampton, Australia
We are seeking an experienced heavy equipment technician to manage the servicing, repairs, and maintenance of electric drive trucks and ancillary machinery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on diesel engines and heavy equipment.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure equipment reliability.
- Troubleshoot and identify technical issues.
- Work collaboratively with our team and communicate effectively.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience with Komatsu or Liebherr electric drive trucks.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Knowledge of diesel engines and heavy equipment systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Certified in CBM and S11 (highly beneficial).
