This is a strategic position that supports our Sector Leadership team locally while collaborating with our Asia Pacific New Zealand and Australia (APNA) Prospects and Submissions team to contribute to work winning opportunities and deliver strong submissions.

  • Lead small to medium-sized bids independently, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Contribute to major pursuits by providing strategy, messaging, and coordination.
  • Develop complex submission sections, including methodology, value propositions, and executive summaries.
  • Drive bid planning activities such as writing plans, review schedules, and compliance tracking.
  • Provide quality oversight across all submission components to ensure alignment with bid strategy and client expectations.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to extract and shape compelling content.
About You
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end bid processes across complex teams.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Stakeholder engagement capabilities, including coordination with sales, legal, finance, and technical teams.
