Backed by the South Australian Government, we make the path to home ownership straightforward and accessible. As a business, we combine commercial acumen with a strong social purpose — and our people are at the heart of everything we do.

We are now seeking an experienced Project Delivery Coordinator to add a critical piece to our project delivery framework, supporting complex programs that directly impact South Australians' path to home ownership within a values-driven, purpose-led environment.

The Role

Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, you'll support the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic projects across the organisation. You'll coordinate cross-functional teams, manage schedules and budgets, and facilitate stakeholder engagement to ensure timely and successful outcomes. This role is a 2 year, fixed term contract ideal for someone who enjoys working collaboratively, thrives on managing multiple priorities, and brings a proactive mindset to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist Project Managers with coordination of project activities, documentation, and reporting.
  • Support agile delivery practices including sprint planning and backlog grooming.
  • Monitor project progress and escalate risks or issues as needed.
  • Facilitate stakeholder workshops, briefings, and engagement activities.
  • Assist with procurement processes and financial tracking.
  • Ensure alignment with corporate governance and strategic objectives.
What You'll Bring
  • Proven experience in project coordination or a similar support role.
  • Exposure to complex programs, ideally within government, corporate, or large-scale environments.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of project management and agile methodologies.
  • Financial acumen and experience supporting procurement and budgeting.
  • Proficiency in tools such as MS Project and Agile platforms.
  • A collaborative spirit and commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Certifications in PRINCE2, PMP, AgilePM, SAFe, or Scrum Master are a bonus.
What's in it for you
  • Make a difference: Contribute to an organisation that helps South Australians access affordable housing.
  • Engaged workplace culture: Join a values-based team built on opportunity, determination, openness and simplicity.
  • Professional growth: Work closely with senior leaders, engage in meaningful projects, and broaden your expertise.
  • Work-life balance: Enjoy flexible working arrangements, including hybrid work options.
Why HomeStart?
