About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Solutions Architect to join our team at Amazon. As a Cloud Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing cloud-based solutions for our Enterprise customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement cloud-based solutions for Enterprise customers
  • Partner with customers and AWS teams to craft highly scalable, flexible, and resilient cloud architectures
  • Educate customers on the value proposition of AWS and participate in deep architectural discussions
  • Capture and share best-practice knowledge amongst the AWS solutions architect community

Requirements

  • 7+ years of IT development or implementation/consulting experience in the software or Internet industries
  • 4+ years of specific technology domain areas experience (e.g. software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics)
  • 2+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working within software development or Internet-related industries
  • Experience migrating or transforming legacy customer solutions to the cloud
  • Experience working with AWS technologies from a dev/ops perspective
