This is a senior bookkeeping position that offers a unique blend of finance, compliance, and administration duties.
Job DescriptionIn this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end payroll for around 100 staff members. This includes maintaining accurate financial records in MYOB, processing accounts payable, and performing reconciliations.
- Manage all aspects of payroll including superannuation, taxes, and leave entitlements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in MYOB, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Process accounts payable, including invoices, payments, and credits.
- Perform regular reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- 5+ years' experience in finance (bookkeeping/payroll) and administration.
- Solid MYOB skills and strong knowledge of Modern Award interpretation.
- A meticulous eye for detail and a confidential, trustworthy approach.
- A natural organiser who thrives on variety and can keep multiple priorities on track.
