Senior Leadership Position

A K-12 institution in a rural community seeks an experienced educational leader.

The school has a diverse student body of 570 students, with 40% identifying as Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander.

Main Responsibilities
  • To develop and implement programs promoting academic achievement, engagement, and wellbeing for various student groups.
  • Leading curriculum reform and professional development for staff across Kindergarten to Year 6, resulting in improved student outcomes.
  • Balancing teaching responsibilities with leadership roles in a complex educational setting.
Key Qualifications
  • Successful teaching experience with ability to improve teaching practices.
  • In-depth knowledge of curriculum, assessment, and student welfare to design inclusive learning programs.
  • Educational leadership skills to build staff capacity and manage performance.
