About the Role:
  • We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Thrive Case Officer.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing tenancy advice, case management, and education to residents.
Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive support to families in need, including conducting home assessments and developing tailored care plans.
  • Manage rental deductions, arrears, and property maintenance reporting with precision and attention to detail.
  • Build strong relationships with residents, community members, and stakeholders through exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Promote service improvement initiatives and contribute to program development by sharing knowledge and best practices.
  • Monitor and report on case progress against established KPIs to ensure exceptional service delivery.
Requirements:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated cultural sensitivity and ability to work effectively with diverse communities.
  • Ability to manage multiple systems and maintain accurate records.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Current C or C-A class driver's licence.
  • Competence with Microsoft Office Suite and Apple products.
