As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing clinical leadership, mentoring, and coaching to unregulated care workers, as well as supporting the Clinical Nurse Manager and care team.
Key Responsibilities:- Clinical Leadership: Undertake clinical, social, and self-care assessments; anticipate residents' changing health needs and initiate further assessments or referrals.
- Mentoring and Coaching: Support, coach, monitor, and mentor unregulated care workers; provide guidance and expertise to the care team.
- A current AHPRA registration and Bachelor degree as a Registered Nurse;
- At least two years experience as a Registered Nurse;
- Clinical experience and ability to manage risk in aged care;
- A sound understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards and quality management systems;
- Full Australian working rights and be able to pass a national police clearance.
