Food and Beverage Service Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Food and Beverage Attendant to join our team at The Star Gold Coast. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their experience is memorable and enjoyable.
Key Responsibilities- Provide friendly and efficient food and beverage service to guests
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of our menu and current promotions
- Communicate with the kitchen to ensure accurate meal preparation and presentation
- Collaborate with colleagues to provide seamless service and ensure a positive guest experience
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to our high standards of cleanliness and presentation
- Ensure RSA standards are maintained at all times
- Experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment or customer service role
- Exceptional customer service skills and a passion for delivering outstanding service
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a large and diverse team
- Flexible availability, including weekends
- Current QLD RSA Statement of Attainment
