Role Overview

The Virgin Australia Lounge has experienced a notable rise in guest traffic, and as the Food & Beverage provider for these lounges, Trippas White Group is excited to offer a range of positions.

This is a unique chance to represent a prestigious international brand. Our goal is to provide an exceptional food and beverage experience for Virgin Australia while interacting with valued lounge patrons.

Candidate Profile

You take pride in your professional appearance and demeanor. You possess strong social skills and are comfortable engaging with both customers and guests in front-of-house roles. Your self-motivation and enthusiasm contribute to maintaining high standards of customer service in a dynamic environment. A solid understanding of Occupational Health & Safety and food safety practices is essential. An RSA certificate is required, along with the ability to multitask and collaborate effectively within a team.

On-the-job training is available for those eager to acquire new skills, and experienced candidates will help guide the team in meeting and exceeding the expectations of Virgin Australia and its guests.
