Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Leadership Assistant to provide high-level support to key executives. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of providing administrative assistance to C-suite leaders and possess excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.

The role requires a high level of confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism. You will be working in a fast-paced environment and will need to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to senior leaders, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
  • Develop and implement effective systems and processes to improve productivity and efficiency.
  • Coordinate committee meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes.
  • Assist with governance support, including preparing board papers and maintaining records.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 8 years' experience in a similar role, providing support to senior executives or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • High level of confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism.
