About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Sr. Technical Advisor to lead our Power & Utilities transformation engagements. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving project execution, developing high-quality deliverables, and contributing to the ongoing growth and development of our knowledge and expertise.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead complex transformation projects within the Power & Utilities sector, focusing on digital transformation, operating model redesign, regulatory reform, and customer experience enhancement.
  • Drive project execution by conducting thorough market and stakeholder analysis, facilitating workshops and interviews, supporting change management activities, and preparing comprehensive deliverables.
  • Develop and mentor junior team members, enhancing their skills and capabilities in line with industry best practices.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in the Power & Utilities sector or relevant industry expertise.
  • Expertise in delivering business transformation initiatives, technology implementation, and operating model design.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments.
