Are you passionate about construction and eager to learn? We're seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Cadet Site Manager.

This exciting opportunity will provide you with personalized training and exposure to all aspects of the role and business. You'll progress through our 6-month Cadet program, where you'll develop the skills and knowledge needed to succeed as a Site Manager.

As a Cadet Site Manager, you'll be responsible for:

  • Training and real-life exposure to Stage 1 and 2 Site Manager roles, Warranties, Operations, and Medium Density
  • Ride along training with a Regional Construction Manager for Leadership exposure
  • Buddy system and ride along training with a Senior Stage 2 Site Manager
  • A high standard of paperwork
  • Onsite meetings
  • Report on job progress, status, costs, inefficiencies, and future programs
  • Develop and maintain service provided by trades and suppliers
  • Ensure quality construction standards are met
  • Identify opportunities for reducing waste, extras, and minimizing errors
  • Promote and maintain safe work protocols at all times
  • Promote good work practices and quality control outcomes within trade base
