  • Contract Management: Prepare and coordinate various contractual documents, including service agreements, NDAs, and statements of work in collaboration with legal and site teams.
  • Contract Renewals and RFPs: Coordinate contract renewals and lead Request for Proposal (RFP) processes for services requiring re-tendering.
  • Site Transitions: Support new site transitions by setting up facility service contracts and managing critical infrastructure post-defect liability period.
  • Vendor and Site Meetings: Participate in regular vendor and site meetings, including Quarterly Business Reviews, and oversee systems such as iPRO and SINE.
  • Contract Tracking Tools: Maintain contract tracking tools and respond to new requests from site teams to ensure smooth vendor operations.
