Job Opportunity

At TGI Fridays, we're looking for a motivated Restaurant Supervisor to join our team. As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you'll play a key role in ensuring exceptional customer service and high-quality food and drink products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the team in the absence of the Manager
  • Train and coach the team to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Deliver exceptional customer service
  • Serve food and drinks
  • Prepare high-quality food products
  • Put the guest first
  • Seat guests
  • Be a team player
  • Work with the kitchen to deliver high-quality food
  • Floor operations include running food, clearing tables, and taking orders

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a waitress/waiter/bartender is desirable but not essential
  • A fun and engaging customer-oriented approach, in addition to excellent service standards
  • Enthusiasm and a collaborative approach to working in a team
  • Eligibility to work in Australia
