Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing the team when requested by management.
  • Train and coach team members to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Deliver high-quality food and drinks to our guests.
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure seamless floor operations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive dining experience.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Waitress/Waiter/Bartender is desirable but not essential.
  • A fun and engaging customer-oriented approach, along with excellent service standards.
  • Enthusiasm and a collaborative approach to working in a team.
  • Eligibility to work in Australia.
