Job SummaryWe're seeking a highly motivated and passionate Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our restaurant operations, you'll be responsible for helping manage the team, training and coaching staff, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in managing the team during peak periods
- Train and coach staff to ensure high-quality service and food preparation
- Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure guest satisfaction
- Prepare and serve food and drinks to high standards
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to deliver high-quality food
- Contribute to floor operations, including running food, clearing tables, and taking orders
- Continuous learning and development opportunities, including world-renowned training courses and internal promotions
