Job Opportunity:
Seeking a dedicated and organised professional to contribute their expertise and enthusiasm in the secondary school. This is a fixed term (full-time) maternity leave replacement role.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the learning community, fostering curiosity, and empowering learners to take agency over their own learning. They will work closely with teachers and other support staff to ensure the effective delivery of educational programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting the learning community through administrative tasks
- Fostering a culture of purposeful and transformational learning
- Empowering learners to take agency over their own learning
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organisational and time management skills
