Job Opportunity:

As a Department Head, you are accountable for driving Sales and Profit objectives by establishing a plan for your department to deliver an exceptional Customer Experience aligned with store goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Analyse and follow up on Sales & Profit KPIs for your department and take action to maximise sales performance.
  2. Drive Hello Member program in line with country targets.
  3. Evaluate and manage the performance of your team; provide regular feedback, execute performance development reviews, development plans, follow-up, and take necessary actions to improve performance and develop your team.
  4. Actively work with a talent pipeline in your department to support business and store needs.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, we believe you possess strong leadership qualities, commercial acumen, and coaching skills. You have a desire to learn and grow, share this passion with your team, and foster a positive interaction with colleagues and customers.

Requirements:

  1. C customer-centric mindset.
  2. Experience analysing commercial reports and formulating plans to maximise sales.
  3. Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise multiple tasks based on business needs.
  4. Demonstrates excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  5. Ability to delegate, follow up, and provide straightforward feedback to coach and develop your team.
  6. Previous leadership experience in a similar role with proven results in driving commercial KPIs and team development.
