Job Description:

As a Department Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and profit goals for your department. Your primary objective is to create a plan that enables your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences, aligning with the store's standards.

Your key responsibilities include: analyzing and following up on sales and profit KPIs, working closely with visual merchandisers to maximize sales, driving the Hello Member program in line with country goals, ensuring adherence to H&M standards through the Customer Experience Tool, and implementing the Commercial Handbook with your visual team. Additionally, you will be responsible for evaluating and managing team performance, providing regular feedback, executing performance development reviews, and developing plans to improve performance.

Qualifications:

You must possess a positive, inclusive, and creative leadership style, enjoying time on the shop floor with colleagues and customers. A commercial mindset and coaching approach are essential, as you will be motivated by seeing actions turn into results and know the importance of delegation in team growth and success. Effective communication and relationship-building skills are also crucial. Previous leadership experience in a similar role with proven results in driving commercial KPIs and team development is highly desirable.
